1. Brush Work - used Amanda's Bokeh Blur dynamic brush on the photo
2. Filter - used PSE's built-in Graphic Pen filter on a duplicate copy of photo, layered it over the original, and applied the Lighten blending mode at 70% opacity
3. Use a Style - applied Elisha's Teal Zeal Velvet style on the lace heart embellishment, and Amanda's Neutral Vellum style to the arrows and title word art
