This started as the Friday challenge to use filters, and I had so much fun with it. I decided to use the most dramatic of the results for this color challenge to use combinations you don't normally use. I really don't normally use such dark and subdued colors. That gold edging on the church - pure serendipity - it isn't there, just a result of the blending.
I used: ABL_NewlywedCollection_Emb1_FlowerSpray.png
ASO_SeaGlass_Embl_Flowers2.png
ABL_NewlywedCollection_Emb1_Ribbon.png

flowers lowered saturation 20%, purple flowers were originally blue
ribbons lowered lightness and saturation 15%, edited color towards purple

WOW Aggie! This is wonderful!! I love everything about it. Thanks for taking part in the challenge!
The church looks so cool with the filters you added! This is wonderful. The colors are dark and rich, and I like the bits of white you added. Really pretty.
That white against the dark background really POPS! Very striking!
This is a fantastic technique. Lovely vintage style floral clusters and the torn papers work really well with this.
This is just amazing. You did such a good job here and on the Friday challenge. Very creative.
