I was out on my back porch this morning and noticed that the little birds were pitching a fit so I started looking around and found this big boy in one of my neighbor's trees. I s-l-o-w-l-y backed in the door and grabbed my camera. I came back out just in time to see him raising his wings to take off. Hoping I'd get a shot but figuring I wouldn't get a good one, I whipped the camera up and shot. I was very pleased when I saw I had caught him perfectly in full flight. I kept looking for embellishments to put on this page but everything I put on there looked wrong next to his beauty.
