HNC Nov 21 Ribbon - Cooking School

Here's another page for our Italy vacation album. The chefs certainly made it all seem very simple, but I have a feeling they've made pasta once or twice before. ;)/>

Journaling reads: While visiting Bologna, we were treated to a cooking school. Two chefs demonstrated how to make home-made tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce, veal cutlet, and “rice cake”, which was more like a baked rice pudding. We got to taste everything, and later, for dinner, those items were on the menu so we could eat full portions. YUM!

Almost everything is from Brandy Murry's Shabby Bakery and Bon Appetit Collections. Other products and full info are in the exif. TFL!

I love seeing your photos from your trip, Diane! What a treat the cooking school must have been for you! Brandy's collection is perfect, perfect for your great photos and I especially love the ribbon winding down the side of your wonderful layout! Love your stories about Italy and your trip!
Love it! That sounds like a really fun thing to do. :)
Loving your "Italian" layouts. Looks like fun at the cooking school and sounds yummy. Love the touches of red.
how fun! love the crisp red and gray colors
Mmmm I think making pasta is easier to watch than to do! Great page. Like the others, I'm enjoying visiting Italy vicariously through your pages!
Wow, what a fun activity that was - how cool. Loved your interesting journaling and wonderful photos. I really like all the special touches to this page and I keep looking through and findimg more. The photo clipped to the tablecloth and tied with rafia and measuring spoons.. The fancy cutlery and journaling tucked underneath and the cooking embellishments placed around the page. Really cool in so many ways!
