This is one of my husbands recipes. It is a favorite at parties and easy to prepare in advance. Finding the Giardiniera (an Italian mix of marinated vegatables) can be a challenge but jars are available on line. You can make it spicer by using the hot version of the Giardiniera or by substituting a second can of Rotel for the canned tomatoes. Supplies are in EXIF properties.

Rotel is a brand name for diced tomatoes with hot peppers. I think a lot of people use it with Velveta for melted cheese dip. My husband thinks it is a major food group - LOL!
