It's hard to believe the year is winding down; wasn't it January just a few weeks ago??? Info is in the exif file. TFL!
Journaling reads: Highlights from the second half of November:
Our book club met and discussed Erik Larson’s “In the Garden of Beasts” -- a pretty lively discussion. We went to “Taco Tuesday” with some friends - always a good time. Thanksgiving: we spent the day in Tampa, then went to our neighbors’ for coffee and pumpkin pie and apple pie and apple-pecan pie. I don’t need to eat again until next year! The photo is of the chestnuts I also ate. One of my layouts was selected for the SG newsletter! I was so thrilled they liked it; plus I have money to spend in the boutique. I visited the once-a-year Open House at a local poinsettia growers’. The charity this year was Southeast Guide Dogs. I saw acres of gorgeous flowers and a couple of cute dogs. I visited a Scrapgirl friend in St. Pete Beach. A beautiful day! We chatted and had lunch. This was our view. Mahjongg at Dee’s house. We went to the movies to see “Lincoln”, then out to dinner with friends.
