This month's Club is rich with papers and embellishments and I had a lot of fun choosing which ones to use. It reminded me of trips to the fabric stores of my youth. My mother sewed beautifully and made many of my clothes -- as well as some of her own. She especially enjoyed tailoring: linings, bound button holes and all. What patience! Since I made a circle from one of this month's brushes, and there are a couple of circular embellies here as well, I'm also using this LO for the 12-05 HNC challenge to use circles, something I love to see but seldom remember to use.

oh, this is so reminiscent (I had to look up the spelling in the dictionary!) of my growing up years, thanks for the memories! time is so fleeting!

Beautiful page! I have some of those same memories - this is a really easy club for me to use. I really like how you created the circle with the brush. It looks great.

What a very special photo. You have the best photos! Love your framing and placement of the photo against the materials as a work in progress. The large circle works so great with the rectangle photo, tape measure and little thread spool. Love the colors too. Just beautiful.

Oh, Diane what a wonderfully special page! That sweet photo and the expression of joy on both your faces made me tear - what a special memory and you scrapped it gorgeously. I really like how you put your background together and the colors you used. Your embellishment cluster is lovely and I love how you used the rick-rack and circle to balance your page...
