Thu Challenge 12/27 - Christmas PJs
There is no journaling on this page (didn't want to squeeze it in on this 4x6 page)but when I was a girl we would spend Christmas Eve celebrating with Grandparents on both sides of my family. This meant lots of gifts were opened. When I got married I learned that my husband's family never opened any gifts on Christmas Eve and he was opposed to the idea. Being a military family we spent many Christmas holidays away from our families and in those years our families would send the gifts to us. We finally settled on a compromise of opening one or two gifts on Christmas Eve. This tradition has continued and now our children and grandchildren come over on Christmas Eve and we open a few gifts. This year, each of the grandchildren opened a gift with warm footie PJs.

Love the layout - cute children. I know a lot of families that open one gift - and it's always new PJ's I think I need to adopt that tradition. This is a happy layout.

Love these photos of them in their pjs. they were too cute not to take photos of. Great use of the Kitchy Christmas Collection. Love all of their expressions. Great page.

Very cute! We always got to open new Jammie's on Christmas Eve when I was young (a long long time ago :) ) I like the "night before Christmas" title.

Darling page! We open the Christmas PJ's on Christmas Eve too. While it isn't a mystery anymore, my kids were talking about how they always wondered why whatever gift they "chose" to open on Christmas Eve was pajamas. ;)
