Oh, this is just beautiful Theresa and I enjoyed your journaling and story. I like the way you put it in a journal and the font you used. I also really like the antique feel to your page and the pretty colors and embellishments you used. Great layout.

Really nteresting journalling Theresa, I cannot imagine the worries you have with snow... pretty page with a focus on the journalling, lovely!

Great LO with having no pics, but I yearn to see a pic or two of the beautiful snow you describe so well! ha ha

Theresa what a beautiful layout - I love the way you did your title, the colors you used AND your wonderful journaling on the book - I'm glad you had safe travels!

Beautifully done Theresa. Love the antiqued look to the papers pages, especially the pretty mat under the book. I really enjoyed your journaling and am glad that the weather did cooperate for your visit and return home!

This is a really great layout for this journaling memory. You don't even miss the pictures because you created one with your words! Love it!

Scary time! Reminds me of my mother's story of riding with my father and the baby in the car, praying the whole trip because the fog was so thick. It's a beautiful layout - I really like how you've used the mat and the lovely colors. Nice idea to but the journaling in a book.

What a beautiful page you created. Those pretty sparkly poinsettia's and that lovely blue damask paper inside the brackets. I loved your story as it reminds me of the ride my sister and I took to visit our cousins. They live about 45 minutes away and it ended up taking two hours because of the heavy snow fall. We were only able to drive at about 30 miles per hour. Lots of cars had skidded off the road and a couple of very bad accidents. It was a very scary drive.
