Fruit Topped Waffles Slow Cooked


I recently found this recipe in a Better Homes & Garden magazine called 'Skinny Slow Cooking'. I tried it and it's really tasty. It is 299 Calories, 2 grams total fat (0 grams saturated fat,), 0 mg cholesterol, 395 mg sodium, 69 grams carbs, 7 grams fiber and 6 grams protein, per serving. Prep time is 20 minutes, slow cook 6 to 8 hours on low, 3 to 4 hours on high. Makes 8 servings.

Looks yummy! And I like the way you scrapped it with the photo -- I need to do more of that with my recipe cards because it always makes the idea of cooking more appealing because I can see what the result will be! ;)

I echo the fact that you included a photo -- I never do this, and I need to include one. I like how the recipe is placed on a "stand." Great card and weekends are our waffle days. Have to put this in the rotation! sounds yummy!
