Project Life 2013 - Week 1

I've been babysitting for this sweet little boy, Crawford, for three weeks now, and I started making a weekly layout to give to his Mom and Dad so when Project Life 2013 came along I knew exactly what I was going to do! Timing couldn't have been any better! Every day I text photos of Crawford to his Mom and Dad and these are some of the ones I didn't send and saved to do my weekly pages. Mom was so nervous when she went back to work so I thought this might help ease her mind. Oh, Crawford's Mom and Dad and I decided that Crawford would just call us Nanny and Poppa since that's what our grandchildren call us. And Chelsea is only 28, so she could easily be our daughter! I love it! Thanks for looking!

What a lovely record. I can't imagine what it would be like leaving my children so early, I had 11 months off work with both of them, but this is a great way of capturing the ordinary (and extraordinary) for them. It is such a good record and something I haven't done; yet. Maybe you'll inspire me.

Oh Sara, this is just lovely and what a precious gift for Crawford and his parents. Not only your care for him, but a beautiful record of his infancy. I love your adorable photos - what is sweeter than a newborn? I really like the way you used so many various pics and the perfect background and embellishments you chose. Adorably wonderful page.

This is so sweet! Love how you've marked out the dates, and the photos are just so precious. Not to mention the little details youv'e snuck in, like his milk intake and his favourite song! This will be such a lovely gift for Crawford's parents, and i'm sure Crawford himself will love it too when he's old enough to appreciate it. i love it too!

Oh Sara, this is so cute. Great page and wonderful memories. I have to take a look at that kit that you used so well here. I'm supposed to start watching my 4 week old granddaughter 1 day a week in February. I don't know if I would be up to the challenge of 5 days a week. I'd have to work up to that.

This layout is outstanding, Sara! Now you have plenty of photos to scrap! (I'll have to adopt a baby I guess.) You have a heart as big as Texas!

Sara, what a beautiful gift you are making for Crawford's parents. As many parents understand, leaving their little one during the day can be so difficult, but to have his daily activities captured in this way is priceless. Beautiful layouts! Thanks for sharing.

Oh, Sara, he's adorable! I love the colors of Elisha's collection, they are perfect for your baby layouts. And, I like how you're including all of the little details. It's stuff that busy mom's never seem to find the time to write down but will enjoy in the future.

Awwww bless, what a lovely idea, his parents will have a great diary of his time with you, which should help them cope with leaving him. I love the LO and all of the photos, great journaling too. Super idea to have the days of the week circled.
