I was so inspired by the Pocket Life line of products. I have been too busy to sit down and be creative. So...I haven't scrapped anything in MONTHS! Ack! But, I felt like I could allow myself to be a little less creative and still get our family memories into an album. I purchased about 5 different pocket page protectors packs in the 8.5 x 11 size (or close to it.) There are 4x6 pockets, 3.75x2.5, 5x3.4, 2.5x3.5, 1 7/8 x 1 7/8. Quite a variety. I made a template for each protector. As I have pictures to use, I open up a template in PS. I can do a page worth if I have a moment or just one or two pics. When I fill up the template, I print the sheet out. Then I cut out the rectangles, use a corner rounder punch on them and slip them into the pockets. I also have the large 8.5x11 protectors. So...if I find time to focus on a whole-page layout, I can do that, too. Even if they aren't very embellished, I'm thrilled to be getting our pics into an album.

Oh, Char, I'm so glad to see you back and scrapping. You've been missed! I'm right there with you with the page protectors and templates. I'm just trying to decide if I want to print them at home or a photo place. I really like the "This is Our..." card. I may have to borrow that idea for my cover.
