DH wearing his black eye with pride after the Rugby game. Thought purple was the perfect color scheme to highlight his shiner. What is it with boys/men that makes them revel in the glory of visible injury????

Oh, too funny! I'm sure they do this stuff to win us ladies, . I love the grunge look here, the brushwork and blending and the great frame. Gorgeous purple, too!

What a great use of purple! All that manly black and purple. Just a great layout and a great picture! Men are just men, and they do love to sport their visible injuries. This one will go down in history (of scrapbooking) ..

Yes, the perfect photo for this challenge! Always wondered why they call it a black eye when it's usually mostly purple! Love the grunge effects.

Wow! That's some shiner! Boys will be boys, no matter how old! I love the grungy feel of your layout. Goes perfect with your photo. Great job on the challenge!

You know what they say about Rugby? It's a thug's game played by gentlemen! He certainly looks like he's got himself into a few mauls and rucks there and some how that purple seems to match the eye so well! A great down and dirty effect!
