I haven't made this yet, but, really, how wrong can you go with oatmeal? I think I'll also try it with cranberries. This is my first time to use the ScrapGirls collaborative kit "Creative Life" and mess around with art journaling style. Thanks for visiting.

How intriguing! I've never thought of making oatmeal in a crockpot. I would love to try the steel-cut oats, but using my usual method - the microwave - I get a real mess from boilover. I will have to try this. Pretty paper - good job with it. Coconut milk, eh? Sounds wonderful.

I keep reading about crockpot oatmeal from friend's FB posts, so I had to search it out. My main crockpot cookbook is WAY too old to have this. Some recipes go as long as 8 hours. Trying it tonight with bananas & walnuts.

Monday: Banana Nut tastes good with sweetener and a little milk added. Does not look pretty as the bananas darken and dissolve.

This sounds yummy! I too have seen these recipes online and have never tried them. Great card! I really like the colors and the stitches holding the title block. Very well done!
