My friends and I went shopping one day and were delighted to see Sea Creature Sculptures at every corner. I did some research on the internet and found that these sculptures will be on the street this entire year and will be auctioned off in 2014 to raise money for the Venice Art Center. Supplies in EXIF.

Beautiful tropical colors. I can imagine going all around the city taking pictures of the artwork. I've seen this done with trout (in the Poconos), pigs (in Vermont) and cows (can't remember where) as community fundraising. Great, fun layout!

A few years back Los Angeles had Angels on display throughout the city. I managed to get several photos of them. These sea creatures are just wonderful and so very colorful. Love the background paper, the frames and that pretty swirl.
