I love the way you have the words going over the whole page and the words on the runner are darker.

Here's how I did the journaling:

I typed it out and then made a douplicate of the journaling. I placed the original under the silhouette and changed the blending mode to Overlay. You could reduce the opacity, too. Then I place the douplicate journaling layer over the top of the silhouette and clipped it to the silhouette layer (ctrl+G in PSE and ctrl+alt+G in PS).
