I used filter>find edges and then threshold and filter>adjustment>invert to turn it white... I kinda like it :-)

Great layout Jody. The chalked effect is really interesting and looks really good with the B/W paper and pretty ribbon. What a sweet quote from Red Skelton and its so fitting for your page. I really enojoyed it and it brought a smile to my face!

Oh my gosh Jode - totally awesome is right. Your journaling/quote is super and your photo absolutely wonderful. I am totally in awe of what you did with the pic - I REALLY like it. Great page - and so "Callan-like" it made me smile.

It's awesome. The sketch is wonderful and the quote by Red Skelton is fabulous. I'm going to play around with this technique too. I loved Red Skelton and always watched his television show. He could make you laugh and cry at the same time. He was wonderful.
