Thursday 2/7 Challenge - "Photography"

Hard to pick one thing I love to do but I chose photography. This busy page is so unlike me but I have to stop playing with it.
For this layout I used:
SNU SS Emb Templates: 3D Negative Frames
SG StoryTeller Collection
JSM SS Type Paths: Shapes Plus
AFT Brush Set: Grungy Lace Alpha
and my own photos

This is really fun Marilyn. I enjoyed looking at your different photos in the strip. Love the snow covered tree and the leafless branches (I love trees!). The camera paper is perfectly fitting too! Great job!
I love that you've done such a fabulous job with something so out of your comfort zone, Marilyn! You did an awesome job with it - when I saw it on the mb, I did not recognize it as yours, but I absolutely love it!
You DO take wonderful photos! I love the idea of showing some of them in a film strip, and your camera background is just perfect! I like your creative title-work, too, as well as having your journaling just peek out from behind the photos. Super page! I love it!
Great photos and I love the film strips! Wonderful fun page!
Great title work and love the film strip framing. Great job.
Gee... Where to start... I don't think I have ever seen you do a page like this!! It is busy but it isn't too busy.. You have balanced it perfectly! The film strips look great with your photos but it is the grungy lace alpha title I am really loving- wonderful choice and terrific placement, the angle and the colours make such a strong statement... The use of the washi tape for an "I" is fun too!! The bright camera paper as a background is toned down just enough with your layering and the text template to make your journalling fill the space was inspired... This is a wonderful new direction for you and I hope we see lots more of it :-)
Great way to use those photos. It all comes together because of the layout. Nice page.
What better way to show your love of photography than cameras and filmstrips. I like that you used a variety of subjects in your photography to show that you have a wide range of interests. I think it's a great layout.
Grat photos & interesting design.. love the photo film strips
Fabulous! I love the colurful photo of the pumpkins - they really attract the eye and made me want to spend more time on each photo.
