I used so many of my favourite techniques here - starting with Brandy's Colour Isolation action, then Dynamic Brush Markers... before overlaying it all with word art taken from a favourite song... I often find the songs I play the most are the ones I can relate to and this photo seemed to fit perfectly... keep in mind this photo was taken about 10mins after we left a Corvette Show with over 60 Corvettes... they should look THRILLED!!!

Neat photo - I love that window with the brick and grill. The blended text is an interesting effect - It adds texture and also kind of blends, looking like more stonework. I find kids are easily bored - kind of the but what have I done lately as in in the last 5 seconds?

The color isolation looks great on your photo and the effect of the markers is really neat! I also really like how you mixed the direction the words on the page. I agree with Aggie on the "what have I done in the last 5 seconds - syndrome", I know my guys get that quite a bit. I actually got such a peaceful feeling seeing your boys sitting nicely :)

What an interesting picture, and you've really made it work with your layout. Love the way the neutral background sets off the red shirt, and the blending is fantastic.

The colour isolation works so well on your photo (kids!!!), and I love the word art blended into it. Your layouts are always so inspiring, I really need to give these techniques a go.
