Friday Scraplift Challenge 2/15 - "Mattie"
I looked through Laura Louie's Gallery and decided to scrap her pretty layout "INKfection"
as I loved her intricate background and pieces and how she put it all together and I have so much trouble doing that. So I followed her composition almost exactly.
This is my cousin Mattie who doesn't like his picture taken. He had just come out of the pool last summer and was all wrapped up, snug-as-a-bug.
For this layout I used:

Great photo! I love that impish look peeking out from behind the towel. Wonderful colors in you layout, too. Lovely layout, and I especially like the cluster of stars and the fantastic way you put the paper pieces together. :)

I think this is just fabulous Marilyn. The photo is terrific. I love the deep texture in the background and the stitched down layers.

Neat layout - the curls are a great touch and I like how you used the stars instead of flowers for the more masculine layout. Great layers, too.
