2013-02-16 Saturday Color Challenge
Since it's President's Day weekend, I thought I would honor our founder, Ro Paxman. For this color challenge I went back to the supplies so many of us used for one of our very first layouts. If you haven't spent some time with Ro's videos in a while, I encourage you to go back and check them out. There are always little tips we miss when we're just starting out and everything is so new. If this is all new to you, I encourage you to check out Ro's videos. They are a fantastic place to start. :D

I really like the background papers and elements. The ribbon around your photo looks great and I really like that anchor paper strip. Are all the elements from Ro's downloadable file.

I am still a newbie and have to review them every time I take a break from digital scrapping...after DS leaves for my Marine training I will have some time to play! Love your sweet doggie!

Yes, all of the elements are from Ro's nano collection that goes with the videos.

Your fur baby is awesome. This is a wonderful layout and the colors work well for this layout. Isn't it fun to see how far we've come. Love the wrapped ribbon on the frame. You learned your lesson well. :-) Thanks for the color challenge.

This is such a great layout. Your photo of Wiley is wonderful. He is so cute and his coloring is great. What a handsome guy he is. I love the colors that you used and the background paper is really lovely. Love the ribbon wrap on Wiley's photo.

It's a gorgeous shade of green! I especially like that ribbon with the bright shiny bits and the text. He is a beautiful dog.
