I liked the shape of the pillars of this library. I couldn't match them exactly but repeated their elongated shape in other elements. I also repeated the palms that can be seen in the shadows of the photo. The greens and tan of Saturday's color challenge seemed like a natural choice, too. Yay - two challenges in one! :D TFL!

Very unusual columns, love how the dots go from small and gradually get bigger, makes them take on the form of the columns. TFS XXX

Yay! Two birds with one stone! Those are very interesting pillars, and I like how you tied into them with the dots. Thanks for participating!

Oh I just love what you managed to create with your embellishments here! I was admiring the shape of the columns and how your circle work really drew my eye in and was looking at the palms... then after I read your notes I went back and relooked and realised it was your brushwork I thought was part of the photo!!! Absolutely brilliant to echo the palms by stamping them under the photo like that... Then to go on and see you nailed 2 challenges in 1? You are on a wonderful roll!

Wow, I get such an airy Florida feel from this page, it's lovely. Your brushwork is super and I like how you added the dot columns to the bottom. I also really like your beautifully blended background - you do that so flawlessly and naturally I never realize it's more then one paper until I read your credits. Gorgeous page.

Good job, Diane. I like the clean, modern lines that you used to mirror the building and then the way you softened it with the blending of the palms into the gentle green background.

Love the perspective you have with this photo, the angles, curves and shadows. I really love how you used the palm brush to ovelap the shadows on your page and photo. The dot border is so fun and does a great job in repeating the pillars. Lovely page.

I love two-fers and this is great. What a wonderful building and I like the round things that reflect the shape. Such a lovely shade of green and the palm is a wonderful touch. I have to get some stamping elements into one of my layouts - this reminds me of my paper days.
