Those fireworks look like they are being set off over the skyline of Kuala Lumpur, capital city of Malaysia, but no. That's actually a Lego miniature of the iconic buildings in KL and nearby Putrajaya, where the civil service resides.

 

Hubby is a Valentine's baby, so every year we end up celebrating his birthday among all the Valentine couples, and i always have to find a venue that's not too attractive to romancing couples or i won't be able to get a table! =)

I love the way you mixed a large photo with some smaller photos in romantic frames. Beautiful colors in your layout. And I especially like the glitter in your title!
