It is more of a bread than flaky pastry I think. In the picture I actually got the rolled seamless dough that was in the refrigerated section in my grocery store. They are with all of the biscuits, cinnamon rolls and premade cookies. I have an extra one in my fridge if you would like a picture - just buzz me and I can take a picture for you.
