February: Here comes the sun

Journalling:

After weeks of darkness in the

shadow of Steward Mountain,

I catch my breath at the vision of

what is for me the earliest portent

of spring. For a brief matter of

moments, the sun peaks above

the mountain’s graceful curves,

before dipping again below the

horizon...

...and I feel in my heart the faith

that it will indeed rise again

tomorrow.

Oh GORGEOUS Jaymee. Imagine you seeing that view - how lovely. Your journaling is super as always - you write so well. Perfect title, too. Super layout.

I love the wintery feel of this with the sun peeking over the mountain. I can only imagine what it must be like living in months of darkness but this layout does give an insight into how joyous it must be to see the sun again. The texture is wonderful and the flares and sun rays are great.

Fantastic picture and great journaling. I love those little moments that show the sun is moving across the sky -- I call them my Stonehenge times. Like when the angle of the morning sun through my window makes me move to the other chair.
