Journaling for Wk 6 ~ we stopped at a lookout on our way home from Lithgow to see this view =) During the week we stayed at home with my bp all over the place working on computer when i could – went out for treatments & passed this lovely homestead farm with their cattle grazing horses frolicking... had a picnic lunch on Saturday in the grounds of the retirement centre, then went into the pool for therapy.
