Week 8 Journaling Reads: "February 17 - 23, 2013: The boys had off school on Monday the 18th so Grammy came to spend a few days with us. The weather was cool and we loved wearing sweaters and drinking hot cocoa. Grammy brought Mango Bread!" "Jax is growing up so fast. My baby-faced baby-boy has matured into a handsome young boy. Jaxon and Dylan walking home from school. They are so cute together. Can’t wait to see eachother after school and they just chatter away the walk home. Dylan still loves his doggie bookbag and lunch box, I love that. Jaxon’s class has planted and garden in the school. They have a traditional bed-type garden and also have a hydroponic garden with 5 stacks of pots. We’ve watched it grow week by week and the class has taken notes. This week they are going to harvest some of the vegetables. They have grown peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, carrots, stringbeans, herbs, brocolli, strawberries, and more."
