Not my favorite but I tried. There's not a lot of humor in our house since the kids left. Contentment but missing them a lot.

Love the story behind these photos. My kids take all kinds of goofy photos too. Some of them end up being my favorites because so much of the personality shows through. Great job with today's challenge!

Just because you make faces doesn't mean the photo won't be used....I tell that to my kids all the time when they act up to try to avoid getting their photos taken. I take them anyway and used them as they are. Funny he took these of himself. Of course, I have no understanding why the person who does the photography behind the camera usually doesn't want to be in front of it....looking away innocently whistling....la dee dee da da...

My Matty is like that, and I use the photos all the time (he would never make it into a layout otherwise). I love what you created here, simple but fun. Great journalling too.

Something I saw on Pinterest said "I make weird faces in photos because it's better to look ugly on purpose", and I realized I know people who always do that! Is that what they're thinking, I wonder? Or maybe they just can't suppress the goofy, LOL. I like the contrast of the photos against the brown paper, and the journaling tells the story. Very nice!
