Sat 3-30 Color Challenge Browns-Grays

I went for a totally monotone look with varying shades of browns and grays, even in the photo. It was fun to put together -- and the challenge gave me a chance to use another of my photos from our trip to Italy last fall.

Everything is from Brandy Murry's Venue.

Specific info is in the exif file.

Thanks for looking!

Wonderful monochromatic page!!! That photo is just magic and I love how you kept it the focus by keeping all your embellishments in tone... oh I could so go a gelati now!!! Wonderfully expressive page.

Oh just lovely DIane. Super photo and I like how you used it large across the page so it makes me feel I'm almost there, in the street - what a interesting pic. Lovely use of the color scheme - wow, you make it look great! I really like the color strip along the top, your title and the background you used and I'm always so glad to see an "Italy" layout. Thanks for adding your interpretation and shades to today's color challenge!

I had the same feeling as Marilyn. I want to step right into the photograph! You could design an entire album around this look. Simple but so effective. LOVE your choice of monotones, just perfect.

Cool photo and the tones give it such a vintage look, despite the fashions. I like the ribbons across the top.

Oh, wow. What more is there to say? Such an interesting photo, and it goes so well with that kit. I love how "Rome" looks in that alpha. Simply gorgeous LO!
