What a great set of colors!

Items Used:

Photo Editing done by Instagram on my iPhone

Kit: “Beautiful Winter Collection Mini” by Keri Schueller, paper blended with the “Vivid Light” layer blend using a mask from the ScrapSimple Tools - Paper Templates: Lighting Effects by Brandy Murry and then the colors were desaturated

Brush Set: Worn Threads by Brandy Valenzuela for the word art mat, texturized with ScrapSimple Tools - Styles: Crackle Textures 6301 by Syndee Nuckles

Kit: 12th of Never by Jen Reed: stitched letters

Brush Set: Grungy Fragments by Syndee Nuckles

You have a lovely house, Laura! How nice that it's also just right for the color challenge. :D I love the wintery background and how you placed your journaling. Perfect title, too! When your apple tree finally blooms, I see you also have some wonderful chairs to sit in and admire it. Best wishes for many years of happiness in your new home!

Such a neat background and the black frame is the perfect accent. Neat word art & I really like the stitched swirls - a wonderful touch. Congratulations on the new house - it does look cute and I bet the tree will be lovely in spring. You will have to do a 4 season layout next year.

Ah Instagram, how I love thee! Wonderful photo of your new home - good things often come out of bad and your sweet little home is GOOD! So impressed by that background paper too, you did a suer job with it - I am off checking that kit out now!

I love how you made a winter page using monochromatic colors. Your house is very pretty, and the journaling is sweet. The title is so creative with that chicken wire heart. Very nice!
