Take Out Copy Cat - Reubens
Reuben sandwiches for Take Out Copy Cats - Recipe Swap
It isn't much of a "recipe", but it is a lot like the take out version. Corned beef is easy to cook, just follow the package directions. Slice thin as possible, against the grain.
Depending on which source you believe, the Reuben was either created by a German in New York or a Lithuanian in Nebraska. Either way, it was born in the USA. It's probably an acquired taste, but it's our favorite sandwich at Arby's. (Until they bring back the Triple Cheese Melt!)
