Journaling: "Some days it's just one of those 'laugh so you don't cry' kind of days. This one was no exception. I had decided (against my better judgment) that I could afford to take a quick nap and the boys would be fine for 15 minutes without me. Well, that plan went out the window when I felt Eli tapping me on my face and coming out of the nap daze, couldn't understand why he had white powder on his hands. Then once I got downstairs, the reason became painfully obvious. The boys had dumped out a huge bag of flour all over the floor in the kitchen and had trailed it up to the stairs. What could I do? Of course, I grabbed my camera, documented the scene for posterity, and then started the cleanup process, which I guarantee took twice as long as the mess-up process did. But at least they had gotten a head start with the broom and tried to clean it up themselves, right? Life with two little boys is never dull, I tell ya!"
