At the Midwest Meetup, we took a photo walk through the Botanical Gardens. My favorite part were the blooming cherry trees in the Botanical Gardens.

Journaling:
Spring is here, and the Sakura (Japanese cherry blossoms) are in bloom!!
Cherry blossoms are one of my favorite flowers. Each tiny flower is beautiful on its own; a full tree in bloom is glorious. I was excited to visit the Japanese Garden at the Missouri Botanical Gardens in time to see these beautiful delicate blossom in full glory.

I love the photos and journaling in the circles. Very pretty background paper. I really like the font for the title.

Beautiful layout! This is such a lovely concept, with all the circular photos and journalling spaces, and the pretty background sets off everything very well. How fortunate you got to see sakura! It's nearer for me to go to Japan or Korea, but going to those places during sakura season costs a bomb and you have to fight the crowd...
