NSD Color Challenge

This took much longer than I thought it would! The photo is of my GS, age 7, at the end of a fishing trip with Grandpa. I used the PSE artistic filter colored pencil on the background photo, then layered the sketch over the original photo, with both clipped to a Reinvent photo mask. I modified the greens to coordinate with the sunflower leaves, and let the green shirt stand out. And to add a bit more texture and echo the sunflower leaves, I included Durin's Windswept SSPaper. I love green - all shades - but making this work was a challenge! Thanks, Conda!

Oh this is gorgeous, Jo! What a beautiful photo and page and I like how you blended it so wonderfully with your pretty background. I love how you framed the smaller pic, too. Those sunflowers must be a sight to see!
