Tues 5-14 Freebie Challenge

Today's flower freebie is so pretty. It gave me the inspiration to scrap a photo of a drawing our 4-yr-old granddaughter did last week of her mother for Mother's Day. I couldn't stop with just one freebie however, and used a bunch more for the layout. :) TFL!

By the way, you can probably guess that the teacher wrote "My Mom". Our granddaughter is pretty special, of course, but doesn't write THAT well, yet. :D

How darling. Love the pictures little ones draw of family members. Love your choice of colors to go with the drawing and the freebies. Well done cluster and journaling tag.

Wow! Great idea for a layout. I've saved many page like that but didn't do anything with them. It's so cute! I really like your floral cluster, actually the whole cluster. Great job! Glad you are back home again? ;)/>

She may not write that well yet but she appears to be a budding artist. That REALLY is an excellent drawing. I'm so glad it's scrapped for her to look back on as she grows older. It's a treasure.

So dear. What an awesome way to honor mommy and document the young artist at the same time.

This is so cute Diane!! Love the paper you used, it works fabulously with the embellishment freebie! Wonderful drawing and so sweet to have it saved like this :-) Love the focal point and balance.

Oh my what a precious page by your sweet granddaughter. Her drawing is wonderful and I like how you masked/framed it and adorned it with pretty flowers around it. I also really like the background you used and your embellishment cluster is gorgeous. Your journaling is perfect on the fancy piece and the ribbons running across really complete a special page. Beautiful work and a wonderful memory to preserve.

Super work on this sweet, fun page, Diane! I was almost done an "artist page" of DGS's work when this popped up, and I think I need to go back to the drawing board! You've really highlighted the artwork so well and made it "star" on your page. Love your colors and wow, she is VERY good at age four!! Must run in the family!
