AggieB Posted May 16, 2013 Oh, sweetie, I'm so sorry. How hard this must be. You don't say how long you have been grieving, but it can take some time. Let your self grieve & yell at God (He can take it). I'll pray that you get through this. The layout is lovely. I especially like the figure in the corner and the sad blue colors. Wishing you peace. Florida granny Posted May 16, 2013 You poor sweet thing. I'm sending you a big hug and, if you'd like, a shoulder to cry on. I hope that the creative act of scrapping this beautiful page and expressing your feelings have given you a small bit of healing. I'll be thinking of you. Quote Link to comment
MariJ Posted May 17, 2013 Ohhhhh.. Taz I am so very sorry for your loss and pain. I've wondered where you've been. I am so sad to hear that you've been struggling and thankful that you came here to share some of your feelings with us. I'm honored that you did and hope it has given you a bit of release for this moment. You did a beautful job of writing about your emotions and your heartfelt words so deeply express your grieving and your loss. I am so sorry it's so hard, but everything you describe is "normal" and you will come back to yourself and to your children that you've expressed great love for in so many layouts. Someone wise told me once to just "keep putting one foot in front of the other until you get to the other side." Take good care during this time and please come back and let us know how you feel or if you need to say more. Many hugs to you..... Quote Link to comment

jode2771 Posted May 17, 2013 Oh hun... How do you understand a loss like this or move on and accept it? All I can tell you from years of therapy is that time gives perspective. You may never know the whys or the what ifs, and expecting to may never move you through this... The only way to survive is to accept it happened and that you may never know why... Sorry. Life is not fair and it does not go the way we expect or hope it will. I have learned that. We lost the option of having a child altogether after cancer and I still find it unfair... Wish I had answers for you :-( your page is wonderfully emotive and very powerful- the colour choices and images are striking... I hope that getting out some of the anger (hence the why??) is healing for you, love to you xxx Quote Link to comment
