DH and his birding buddy went to Chincoteague Island early in May, and found a bunch of herons. This is one of my favorites. All the papers, embellishments, and word art are from Brandy Murry's Petals collection, some slightly recolored. The background is her Old World paper, with pin light blend at 75% over Wash-Tango paper; I chose the color to reflect the bird's plumage, but wanted a bit more texture. TFL!

Thanks, Andrea. I didn't know there was a "beautiful" challenge - when I checked early this morning, it hadn't been posted yet. I was looking through Brandy's word art, and the only words that fit the image were beautiful and amazing. I guess I picked the right one!

Your background is wonderful & looks great with the rusty breast on your heron. It is a great photo, too and the flowers & border are so pretty.
