21may13 Tue Freebie Chlg

I changed the template around quite a bit as that is what templates are for - a GUIDE!! I chose to remove the scallops and add my own edge embellishments and made the photo section the right size for my photo... Freeing the template up like this allowed me to scrap a photo I would never have used with a scalloped edge! Yay templates - endless sources of inspiration, ahhhh. I also trimmed Angie's burlap freebie from her Falling for You collection and used it as both a backing paper and an overlay (accidental but perfect!) over the photo.

Super page, Jode! Your photo is wonderful and I really like the burlap texture you added to it. I also really like all the different pieces you used to build your backround and how creatively you did it - just wonderful!

This all came together so perfectly! Wow. You started with a fabulous photo, but I love all the rough textures and embellishments, and, of course, your always-creative WA. Wonderful!!
