Here's a little about how I did it. Make the ATC base from Martha Stewart Paint chips. Print the butterfly on matt paper and velum. Layer the vellum butterfly on matt butterfly. Embellish with washers, dimensional metallic paint, glitter, mica flakes. Make the butterfly body out of a carpet tac. Adhere a self adhesive pearl to the head of the tac.
