Saturday Color Challenge 5/25/2013

Recently I had the opportunity to go to a family reunion with my dad and his cousins. They are now the oldest generation, I was the youngest one there!! I knew my aunt would have my grandmother's photo albums out, so I took my flip pal scanner. What a life saver!! (I do not have the date yet...will have to add that when I get it)

I am not certain of the year of this photo, but will find that out and add the date later. My grandmother is on the left (she is the oldest of 5) and her sister on the right, their grandmother is holding them.

I knew Laura's new Stay Neutral Collection would be perfect! I just now remembered I used a photo style because the color was a little "pink"...and I liked this black and white look better. I don't remember which one I used! I think it was Syndee's Soft Color style. (I tried several!!!)

This is wonderful, Conda! How great that you were able to scan the photo "on the fly" and how cool to have a picture of your grandmother's grandmother! I love the bg blending and the lovely way you embellished the photo with ribbon and butterflies. Beautiful layout!
