Tuesday Freebie Challenge

I know deer are beautiful, especially the spotted fawns, but I fight with them all summer to keep them from eating my plants. It's not like there isn't anything else around for them to eat!!! These photos were taken in my back yard this morning while I was watering some flowers. I don't live out in the country either!! She just looked at me when I was taking her picture, like she as thinking, "As soon as you go inside, I am eating those plants.!!" Can you tell I am frustrated??Supplies in EXIF.

Deer seem to have an appetite for the more expensive plantings. I sympathize with hour frustration. I am kind of surprised to see them out in daylight like that.

Great page Karen! I LOVE the photos and wonderful colors. Maybe you want to try putting out some apples? I've heard deer really like them...

Oh, you are preaching to the choir on that one! I have almost the identical photo that I took a few days ago. I did discover that deer netting WORKS!! It's a little tedious to drape over everything, but it at least gives the baby plants a chance to get established. Your layout is just gorgeous, the frame works so well with the photos. Lovely blending.

Oh yes I can tell and I join in with you with the same problem! Not-to-mention a bad bout with Lyme Disease, so pretty as they are I am not fond of deer on my lawn. Even if they WERE there first. :)

Super page Karen - I love your photo background and title and the way you used the freebie. Lovely work and thanks for joining the Tuesday Freebie Challenge! :)

(Sorry it took me so long to comment, I am without internet so since 7am this morning am at a bagel shop using theirs!)

I think I would rather have the deer than plants. What a privilege. Love the photo and the blending. Pretty papers and great title.
