Neko-chan is one of the youngest kids in our Fathers' Day dance contingent. The dance itself isn't easy and time was running short, so they only chose the older kids and the younger ones who are able to focus and learn fast. Neko-chan had already missed 2 practices while we were in Sabah but insisted he wanted to join in, so we spent 3 evenings at home going through the moves. Whoever thinks dance isn't 'real' exercise isn't doing it properly, for after every session, Mummy was covered in perspiration, and by Friday night, my thigh muscles were exhausted and aching!
