The little town where I live (population 5,000 just making it a city) is the county seat. We have a stately courthouse that was built in 1885-1888 that still houses most of the county offices and records. Supplies in EXIF file.

Wow, Karen what an awesome photo and building and I enjoyed reading about your courthouse. I like how you gave your photo center stage and the beautiful blending you did around it. I also really like your framing and background and the fancy hanger for your title. Super layout! :)

Oops! Just looked at my LO again and thought I should have erased the corner of the photo under the curl. Oh well!

What a lovely building! I like what you did with it, especially the background treatment of the photo. Interesting journaling, too, and I love the old-fashioned style hanger you used for the title. Great layout! (And, LOL, about the photo corner. Glad it's not just me noticing stuff AFTER the LO is posted! )

What a work of art! It immediately caught my eye. The photo is fantastic and you have played up the best details. And....I like the photo corner peaking out! It is the unexpected element!

Amazing photo with amazing blending. The blue of the photo being echoed in the journaling strip is so eye-catching. Love the title in the old looking metal sign.

5000 people make a town a city, interesting. You will find out next week that we do things differently here. I love your photo and the treatment you gave it, I love the frame and border too. Thanks for joining the challenge.

What a neat building - looks like something from Charlestown. I love your title hanging on the bracket. I think the corner peeking out looks kind of neat.
