Journaling: Wewhere stuck behind three elephants for quite a while. When we plucked up thecourage to pass them, I turned around and saw how close they really were. Quitescary. Late last year, a friend of mine was terrorized for two hours by one ofthe elephants in the Addo Elephant Park. We really had a fun day and saw two ofthe big five.

Wow, Belle that's an amazing story and wonderful photos! I can't believe you were that close and I really like the pic showing your hand and the elephants, my goodness that is REALLY not far at all! I enjoyed your journaling and I love how you arranged your photos in the circle type background. I also really like your pretty background. Awesome page! :)

Wow, amazing photos and what a story. Definitely not something I'd see every day. Here it's be bears or moose - much smaller critters, although big enough.

Love the closeup of the elephant.

Your layout really caught my eye in the gallery. The sharp contrast between the green of the background and the framed center element is great and that is such a good idea to use something with more interest than a simple circle.

That is too close for such a large animal! Very eye catching background and the use of the blue border really helps your photo cluster pop off the page.

Wow, that's scary! I love the shaped mat behind the photos and the blue strokes. Great photos, but way to close for my taste, lol!

Belle, your LO is so very well composed. Your color selection, the BG, the photo mat, the gems in the leaves -- just gorgeous. Terrific journaling, too. Enjoyed reading about your experience (a little scarey though). :)
