Marinated Steak
This is a reliable way to prepare meat for grilling, and we enjoy it often. It's not fussy, and the results are super. Note the detail about slicing steak when you bring it off the grill--it's the best way I know to enjoy the entire steak at the desired degree of doneness. When you leave it "whole," the meat continues to cook for some time, getting more & more done.
