I make this with Romaine about half the time.

My son in law has been using the dressing on all his salads lately. The recipe makes way more dressing than you need for one salad.

I think I've had a similar salad with romaine - I like that better than spinach, I think. The Worcester sauce is different, though. I'll have to try that. Really pretty photo of the greens & reds of the salad & the vintage papers are such a nice touch.
