I am never sure about these....but I kind of like it! The little girl holding onto her hat is ME at about age 3. It was extracted from a scan of a VERY old b/w photo and I added some color highlights.

OOOooooohhh.... Me TOO, like it Ann! (Honest I truly have the same reaction as you each week until it is finished.) Beautifully blended background and I love the soft colors you used and the pieces you put together - even the scribbles dancing across the page. Your 5 words are so descriptive and look like an adventure in themselves - love how you did that! Super use of all kinds of adventurous symbols and art and I really like your sweet little self "holding onto her hat" waiting for the next great adventure! I keep looking around and around this page and finding more and more to look at. Wonderfully expressive page and thanks for sharing a piece of yourself in the Thursday Challenge. :)

Lovely page. You did a very fine job of extracting yourself from the old photo and the bit of color works perfectly with your other embellishments.

And I love the concept of looking at life as an adventure. thanks for sharing.

I LOVE little colorized you! What a perfect "element" to add to your page. I also love your other choices of elements as well as all the blending going on here. Lots of movement and energy. It's difficult to be objective about our own creations, don't you think? But, as an outside observer, I'll tell you this is wonderful!

Each week I look for your pages! You have really found a new lease on scrapping ad I can feel the excitement and exhilaration in your pages! Now the little girl?? I must say I wanted to know which kit she came from as she is so gorgeous! Keep her and use her again, she is so perfect for this kind of thing and knowing she is YOU makes it even more special! Your elements are all wonderful but I especially love all the compasses you used throughout - not clocks as that would indicate time - but compasses that show the many directions your life has taken and the adventures you have had. Really creative, I love it.
