i haven't posted here for the longest time. Just wanted to share a little of what i've been doing in recent months, besides the weekly Project Life that has stalled yet again as other projects take over. This is the last slide from my daughter's birthday slideshow, which will be aired tomorrow evening at her birthday party, just before we cut the cake. Or rather, this is the last slide based on my page thumbnails i created for the entire 40-page album. As of now, i have only created probably about 27 pages, but that will have to do. i'll finish the rest of the pages after the party, then send the whole thing to print as a book album. My plan is to make a dedicated album for each kid each year - i think these albums will be such a keepsake when they're older!

Just a sweet little story.
One morning, Joyjoy woke up crying. Mummy went to comfort her and calm her down. Trying to encourage her to talk, Mummy started asking, "What do you want? Are you hungry? Do you want to eat? Are you tired? Do you want to sleep? What do you want? Or do you want to cuddle? Do you want Mummy to cuddle you? What do you want?"
To which Joyjoy replied, very softly and gently, "Want to cuddle..."
She got her wish. =)
