To Be a Child - Speed Scrap LO

Whee! I made it, and I even think I know what I did. The original sketch was by Nadia Cannizzo; I didn't record where I found it, but I have her name. I removed on photo, and modified the embellishments a bit. All the papers and embellishments are from Brandy Hackman's Persian Breeze collection. The background is two paper blended. The embellishments ALL have Hue/Saturation adjustment layers. The brushes, Bordering on Elegant, and the style applied to them, Wood Grain, are both by Valerie Randall, and are retired. The title font is FHA Condensed French, and the poem font is Times. Shadows are from Sara Batdorf's Basic Shadow style. I think that's everything.

I've wanted to use this poem for a long time. Alta was a bit young to truly fit when the pictures were taken (about 10 months), but she will certainly grow into it. At two, her constant request is "Read?" "Again?"

What sweet photos and what a wonderful, wonderful poem. Gorgeous layout - I like the rust & green and the arrangement of the photos and embellishments. Neat background, too.
