Ohhhh.. Jode this is spectacular! I love, love, love your very honest journaling and the quotes you placed around the page. I also really like your used of symbols -- the broken clock, chains and gate, hourglass, wings..... I had a wonderful time visiting all parts of your page! Your blending is gorgeous and I really love the BW/Gray and lavendar color combo. Lovely....

This really captured my eye too. I love the color palette, and the symbolism is outstanding. The emphasis on your journaling is so honest - I love it.

You tell 'em, Jody! Change is inevitable, but not always welcome. You've expressed this powerfully - and a bit whimsically. I love the batwing/clock/hourglass creation! And the accents of lavender - sorrow? joy? both? Beautifully imagined page!

I love it Jody. I love your journaling and how you expressed your feelings about change. I think we can all agree with you. I love all the quotes you added around the page, especially the one by Yoda. The hourglass clock with bat wings is incredible. Your color scheme of black, white and purple is outstanding. The fence wrapped in chains tells its own story.
